Four Harriers made the trip north for the Loch Ness Marathon, now firmly established as one of the highest profile marathons in Scotland, attracting a high quality field. First Harrier was Phil T, in 3.32.07, with Andy Aitken fighting off illness to complete in 3.47.31. Beth Fotheringham, running her first marathon, completed in 4.51.46, while flying the flag for the more senior members of the club was Colin, in 5.51.17, 4th on the MV70 category.
Beth was running to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, and to date has raised over £600. You can donate via Beth's JustGiving pages here.
