Jason Miles-Campbell, Ben Murphy and I travelled down to Tillicoultry for the first running of the Tilli 10k race, organised by PH Racing. The race route follows the disused railway line from Tillicoultry to Dollar and back again, and as you might imagine, is quite flat and well suited to fast times. Ben was first Harrier, albeit wearing a slightly dodgy brown vest, in 12th position a fine time of 36.47. I had my best 10k of the year with a time of 42.05, and Jason finished in 1.01.00. The race was won by Scottish international and Commonwealth medallist Robbie Simpson in a blistering 30.44.
