Glasgow Women's 10k

Maddy leads the women home with an impressive 42.37, finishing in 13th position overall at the Glasgow Women's 10k

Dunblane 12k and Juniors 2k

Roger leads the Harriers home again with an excellent 9th position in a time of 45.39, with Ben and Wattie working hard to finish in the top 15, and Paul T gets back to racing. Congratulations to Nic, Lauren, Janine and Andrew B, as well as Roger, for their outstanding efforts just a week after the Stirling Marathon.

Laggan 10k

Patrick and Mary run the super-scenic Laggan 10k, with Patrick finishing 2nd overall and 1st MV50, in an excellent time of 38.39, while Mary ran 1hr 6 minutes.

Jura Fell Race

Emily takes on the beast that is the Jura Fell Race and comes out smiling, if a little weary, finishing the race in 5.31.

Mull of Kintyre 10k and half marathon

The Alexander family have a fine weekend at the Mull of Kintyre races. Jim runs the half marathon, Susan and David run the 10k, and Ian runs the Junior 2k and scores a pb.

Great Stirling 5k

Julia runs the Great Stirling 5k in a time of 25.55, to finish 2nd FV50.

Kinnoull Hill race

Greta takes 3rd place at the Kinnoull Hill race in her club debut and Wattie returns to racing with a fine effort, not far behind Aaron.

Stirling Marathon

Roger leads the way at Stirling with a very fine time of 2.54.57, with Will achieving his goal of a sub-3 hour race, finishing in 2.59.18. Wendy's blisters put paid to hopes of yet another improved time, but her 3.35.07 was an outstanding effort. Outstanding efforts from everyone, marathon debutants and hardened marathon veterans alike.

Whangie Whizz

Following his fine run at Dumyat, Nick Gough took on the Whangie Whizz, finishing in 25th position, in a time of 35.12. The Whangie Whizz is a short sharp hill race on Auchineden Hill, in the Kilpatrick Hills just north of Glasgow.
