22 May 2017Roger leads the way at Stirling with a very fine time of 2.54.57, with Will achieving his goal of a sub-3 hour race, finishing in 2.59.18. Wendy's blisters put paid to hopes of yet another improved time, but her 3.35.07 was an outstanding effort. Outstanding efforts from everyone, marathon debutants and hardened marathon veterans alike.
14 May 2017Following his fine run at Dumyat, Nick Gough took on the Whangie Whizz, finishing in 25th position, in a time of 35.12. The Whangie Whizz is a short sharp hill race on Auchineden Hill, in the Kilpatrick Hills just north of Glasgow.
14 May 2017Ben storms away at the Loch Leven half marathon, taking a whopping 4 minutes off his time from last year to finish in 9th position in a terrific time of 1.22.49. Tony's 1.34.16 moves him to the top of the championship table.
08 May 2017Nicola Watson and Julia Greenlees took on the second running of the 31 mile Glen Lyon ultra marathon. Weather conditions were a little warm for ultra running, but both Nic and Julia were justifiably pleased with their times of 6.06 and 6.33.

08 May 2017Patrick O'Kane and Ben Murphy ran in the Run and Become Self Transcendence 5k Scottish Championship race at Silverknowes in Edinburgh. Patrick finished in a very good 17.41, 2nd MV50, with Ben finishing in 18.08.
07 May 2017First Harrier home at the popular Dumyat race in a fine time of 40.50 was Aaron Dawson, in 29th position. For the women, Cathy Tilbrook led the way in 55.11. Andy Gallagher's fine effort put him in top spot in the men's championship, with Cathy moving up to third in the women's championship.
