13 March 2016A trio of Harriers made the trip North to take on the Inverness half marathon. Andy Aitken was first Harrier home and finished in 1:39:46. Colin Tipping and Fiona Lyle ran together, and despite Fiona battling leg pains for the last five miles put in a very fine effort to finish in 2:16:51.
07 March 2016Colin Lamont ran the Ben Gullipen hill race in the Trossachs and finished in 16th position overall and 1st Supervet, in a fine time of 59.47 for the hilly out-and-back 8.3 mile course. The race was won by Andy Fallas in 49.58.

06 March 2016As part of his preparation for the Highland Fling, Phil T has run the Wrexham Marathon in 3.44.09, finishing 58th overall and 3rd MV50.
06 March 2016Roger Goddard breaks the club 10k record at the Cambuslang 'Down by the River' 10k with a superb 35.19. Roger now holds the club record times for the 10k, half marathon and marathon.
29 February 2016Cathy and Phil M take the inaugural Harriers cross-country championships, with Emily and Maddy tied in 2nd place in the women's championship, and Roger and Wattie in 2nd and 3rd places in the men's championship.
27 February 2016Phil Mestecky has passed the Level 2 Coaching course and is now a fully qualified Level 2 Athletics Coach. Ruth Howie and Liz Mestecky have passed the practical assessments of their Level 2 Coaching courses and are now well on the way to attaining the full Level 2 coaching qualification.
