09 August 2016Mark Beaumont and Phil M take on the MacPhies of Colonsay - 22 hills with a height in excess of 300 feet - and battle through brambles, heather and bracken to make their way round the island in less than 6 hours.
08 August 2016Phil T led the Harriers homes at the Mull half, finishing in 14th position in a time of 1.40.09, set in very difficult conditions, with gusts in excess of 40mph making any kind of progress difficult. For the women, Nic led the way, finishing in 8th place in the women's race, in a time of 1.51.12.

01 August 2016In one of the most remarkable efforts from a Strathearn Harrier, Grant Carstairs completed his epic 866km trip on the GR10 route from Hendaye on the Bay of Biscay to Banyuls-sur-Mer on the Mediterranean Sea.
17 July 2016Wattie and Maddy lead the Harriers representation at the Brig Bash, with strong runs from Charlie, Andy A, Iain, Kerry and Nic.
10 July 2016Calum Martin wins the Crieff 10k 37.40 in less-than-perfect conditions, while Scottish Olympian Freya Ross wins the women's race in 39.44. For Strathearn Harriers, Will Manners and Sonja McFadden were first finishers.
04 July 2016Nic, Julia, Lauren and Colin took a day-trip to Arran for the Arran half marathon. Nic put in a cracking performance with a very good 1.41.58, 6th in her age category, followed by Julia Greenlees in 1.52.45, 2nd in her age category for the second year running, with Lauren Fairweather finishing close to the 2 hour mark in 2.01.21, and Colin Tipping in 2.18.23, 11th in his age category.
04 July 2016Andy Aitken completed his tour of the Western Isles with the Harris half marathon, finishing a tough race in a in a very good 1.35.07, in 19th position. Andy picked up a coveted Heb3 Challenge t-shirt for his efforts in completing the Hebrides half marathons series organised by Stornoway Running Club.
