Regular club runs on Monday morning and Friday morning are suitable for runners of all standards.
Monday Meet at Taylor Park at 9.10. These runs are usually run on trails around Crieff.
Friday Meet at the garage in Crieff (opposite the Tower pub) for a 9.00 start. This route loops along to Gilmerton (either along the main road or via the Spoke Road) and up round the Knock.
Wednesday evening training sessions are generally structured sessions, based at Taylor Park in Crieff. The sessions comprise an intervals or reps session, with the emphasis on building stamina and endurance. The structured sessions are a great way to improve fitness, and for runners interested in racing, they help develop pace and technique. The weekly club bulletin gives details for every session.
