Social run from the car park for Macrosty Park and Taylor Park in Turretbank Road, Crieff, starting at 9.10am. Usually an off-road run on local paths and trails. Precise route varies from week to week and is usually notified in advance via Facebook and email. These runs are very sociable and are particularly suited to newer and slower runners.
Structured training session meeting at Taylor Park car park in Crieff at 6.00 pm. A rotating series of intervals and reps sessions, including hill reps, pyramids, and distance/time reps.

Every six weeks or so the structured session moves to Perth on Saturday morning for the Perth Parkrun.
Social run starting at 9.00am from the petrol station at the corner of High St and Strathearn Terrace, opposite the Tower Hotel. A mixed road/off-road route out to Gilmerton, up and round the Knock, to Culcrieff and through the Hydro, often finished off with coffee and cake.
The club run programme is reasonably reliable, but any changes to the usual programme will be included in the weekly members email. In particular, sessions may change if most regular participants are taking part in a club event or a race. Club members should check their weekly email or the club Facebook page.
