11 January - Taylor Park at 6pm. This week we’ll do some hill reps on Craigard Road. 4 x short hill, 4 x long hill, 4 x short hill with jog recoveries in between.
It’s very IMPORTANT that you wear bright, white or reflective clothing and, if possible, a headtorch when training on the roads as people dressed up as ninjas, members of the SAS or the Milk Tray Man can be very hard for drivers to see. So for Wednesday’s session please make sure you adhere to this strict dress code or we may ask you not to join the session!
In bad weather, Wednesday evening sessions may be a run round Crieff. Click here for a route map.
