Regular club training currently takes place on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings with a more social run on Friday morning. We ask participants to 'check-in' via the club members' Facebook page, or by email, prior to the run (so we know who to expect!). If you're a non-member interested in coming along, get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org - you'll be very welcome.
Tuesday Structured training, usually starting at Taylor Park, Crieff at 6.00pm. This session is suitable for all and coincides with junior training (6-7pm) making it easier for junior parents to train with the club.
Wednesday Structured training, alternating between Comrie and Crieff, from 6.30pm.
Friday Social run meeting at the garage in Crieff (opposite the Tower pub) for a 9am start. This route loops along to Gilmerton (either along the main road or via the Spoke Road) and up round the Knock. More often than not, it finishes up at one of Crieff's fine coffee shops!
Sunday runs vary between Crieff and Comrie and tend to be more off-road and hillier than the Friday run. Details are announced in the weekly club bulletin and on the club Facebook page.
