Lochore Meadows sprint triathlon

Another club member falling for the dark side of multi-event activities, Mags Gough took part in the Lochore Meadows open water sprint triathlon. The event comprises a 750m open water swim, 20k bike and 5k run.
From Mags: Not quite a running race but completed the Lochore Meadows open water sprint triathlon today. 2nd female Vet and 7mins off the last race. Second fastest 5k ever. So all of your running support must be helping!
Mags completed the course in 1.27.36, with a run time of 27.36, to finish 18th woman.
