James Grant had a successful trip to Montrose for the Montrose Triathlon, with a convincing win in the novice distance event. James completed the course in 50.09, with a time of 17.38 for the 5k run.
At the same event, James's mum Janine took on the longer sprint distance, finishing in 1.43.33, 28th woman and 4th in her age category, with a time of 30.00 for the 5k run.
