Team McInally (Ralph, Patrick and Hanna) took on the Ben Lomond race with great success. As the name suggests, this is an up-and-down race from Rowardennan up Ben Lomond.
From Ralph: 8 miles and 3,173 ft of elevation. The sun was shining and it made for a great day on the hill. With a good turn out of runners it made it competitive for the male and female categoryies. I love this race. Still feeling my legs a bit after last weekend so just went out and enjoyed myself. Managed to take 3min off my best time. A bit too slow on the way up but had a great time on the decent. I finished in 5th place with a time of 1:14:38 and first Harrier back. Patrick didn’t have much fun on the way up. The heat was a bit much for him but he made up good time on the downhill, coming in with a time of 1:36:50 and finishing overall in 34th place.
