For the final event in the Club Championship, nine Harriers took on the undulating Auchterarder Half. This again from John Myles:
A perfect day weather wise for running this morning with a healthy turnout of 8 Harriers taking on the challenging route, especially on the way home.
Again it was a well organised event with another great turnout of volunteers all around the course and happy to report they re-stocked the cakes for today so there was a good selection to choose from again. Huge congratulations to Iain Thomson taking home 1st place in the V70 category. I’ll give myself a pat on the back completing the Double today to give myself a time of 2:31:20 to finish in 32 place overall in the Double.

Great running out there today and Nicola did the sensible thing stopping rather than risking making her injury worse.
The race was won by James Tree in 1.20.12, and the women's race was won by Jennifer Wetton in 1.23.27. There were 287 finishers.
