Thanks to Monica Thomson for the following race report: Finishing order for the team of 7 men: Harris P (3rd overall), Graeme, Nick, Jim, Dan, Mike, Ross. Females: Hanna, (Wiktoria - U20s), Jenny D, Ali C, Monica T, Monica W and Mags.
Monica Warren commented: Strong running all round and the first time in a while that we’ve had a full men’s team. Harris P was too fast for me to catch on the second lap. He finished a brilliant 3rd. Well done all!
Phil Mestecky, always on the ball with the stats, notes: We had the biggest ever turnout of seniors at the cross country yesterday. 7 men and 7 women beats the 13 we had in January 2012. And it's the most women running in the event with 5 being the previous best. With 25 juniors (not including the two running in the senior races) that makes 39 Harriers altogether...another club record!
