The Milnathort Dash is a super friendly 5 mile (or so) club race organised by Kinross Road Runners, run on quiet country roads around Milnathort. This year's race was race number 8 in the Strathearn Harriers Championship.
Many thanks to Nicola Watson for the following race report: Great night out at the Milnathort Dash last night. Thankfully not as hot as expected, and there was a breeze. No prizes but a lot of competition between us all as it was a championship race. I think there’s a lot of strategy being discussed re appearance points and jokers, which is exactly what the championship is about, bring it on!
First Harrier home was Jonathan Marks, in a zippy 29.15, to finish in 5th position, while our first female was Fiona MacDonald in 36.36, in 36th position overall, and 8th woman.
