Focus: Pacing and improving lactate threshold.

 

Main Session:  10 mins of continuous effort x 2. Consisting of:

Easy to ‘corner’ @ 30% of max

Medium to ‘turn off’ @ 60% of max 

Hard ‘back to start’ @ 80% of max

Repeat for full 10 minutes, then rest for 2 minutes then repeat intensity variations again for 10 minutes.
